Consumer Statement:

I GOT INVOLVED WITH A COMPANY CALLED CONSUMER SHIELD. THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD HELP ME ELIMINATE MY CREDIT CARD DEBT,SO I GAVE THE CALLER THE INFORMATION ON 3CARDS,BIG MISTAKE,I KNOW THIS NOW.THE COMPANY SENT A WELCOME AND INFORMATION BOOKLET VIA FEDEX FOR WHICH I HAD TO SIGN, ON MAY 12 2017.

Consumer Action Taken:

MY COSTCO CITI CARD,SEARS CITI CARD AND DISCOVER CARD WERE ALL CHARGED 3 TO 4 TIMES EACH 0F COMPANIES NAMED TAXPILOT AND DV BUSINESS PLAN.I CALLED EACH CARD AND TOLD THEM THOSE CHARGES WERE FRAUDULENT.MY ACC.WERE CLOSED AND I RECEIVED NEW CARDS.BUT NOW NEW CHARGES ARE ON THE CITI CARDS FOR ONE CHARGE FOR DV BUSINESS ON THE COSTCO CARD AND ONE CHARGE FOR TAXPILOT ON THE SEARS CARD WITH FRAUDULENT SIGNATURES.
