Consumer Complaint: On XXXX / XXXX / XXXX I, checked my credit report. I found that a debt in the amount of {$6100.00} was added to my account from ” XXXX XXXX XXXX ” in XXXX XXXX , XXXX . When I checked this debtor, I found out that it was for a now-defunct XXXX XXXX , which I did attend ( in XXXX ) , but I did not owe any money to as I strictly used federal funded loans, and no other loans for my education. I find it more than suspicious that I owed nothing to XXXX XXXX at all when I left in XXXX or in any years, until this cropped up on my credit report in XXXX . There was no debt owed to this school in any amount of money and now DEVILLE ASSET MANAGEMENT loc ated at XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX , TX is on my credit report as the collection agency in charge of this so-called debt. his company is ruining my credit score with this bogus and unsubstatinated claim that I owe them a debt. There have been no attempts to contact me in order to validate the debt and I ‘m sick of this garbage.
