Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with XXXX in the fraud department that is handling my case. She advised me of the steps that I need to take to get this investigation started so that I could get this car off my credit. Its a XXXX XXXX XXXX that she stated was opened in XX/XX/XXXX in the XXXX , FL location. In which i do n’t live. They have no clue where this car is located. The loan is ab out 20, 000 in w hich this is reporting late on my credit. Its dropping my score and stopping me from obtaining credit that I try to get. I sent in all the information that was needed. We are now in XX/XX/XXXX and I have yet to get an update on what is going on. I have made couple attempts to contact my case manager XXXX and she has not returned any of my phone calls. My third attempt to get in contact with her was XX/XX/XXXX . I advised the rep that I spoke with that was my last attempt to try to get an update. I also advised that I will be getting a lawyer involved and will be reporting the business. The companies name i s Credit Acceptance.
