Consumer Complaint: They called my cell phone, told.me it was recorded and placed me on hold. I hung up. I called them back. They asked me to verify myself and needed my last 4 o f social. I asked what it was concerning and he told me once I verified who I was they would tell me. Said by Federal law had to have two for ms of verification. I told him to send it to me in writing that was Federal as well, and until then to XXXX XXXX XXXX . I then hung up and called back again. A female not speaking fluent English. Asked for phone number. Gave it to her. Asked if I was XXXX XXXX . I said yes … that to me i s two forms o f ID. Then asked for last XXXX of social. I again refused and asked who she was with. Could not tell me without verification. She then asked for middle initial. I told her ” XXXX ”. She then said that did n’t match and needed me to verify address. I told her she now had three forms of ID. Still refused to tell me who she was with or representing. I then hung up again. Has been added to my reject call list.
