Consumer Complaint: I have received multiple robo calls from XXXX Each time I am left a message or listen to a recording from XXXX XXXX of Student Loan Help Center saying he has my application on file, and needs for me to call back so they can finish processing it and I can consolodate, have my student loans refinanced, or forgiven. Several weeks ago I called back and let them know I do n’t have any student loans. I did not hear from them again until today ( several weeks later ) .I called back and left a message saying I ‘d like to know how they can help me. I was immediately called by ” an assistant ” who asked me if my loans were current. When I said I did not have any, nor had I ever had any student loans, she told me they must have my number by accident and abruptly hung up.
