Consumer Complaint: Nation Star failed to correct the dispute I have on dispute against them for the amount they said I owed them back from XXXX 2016. ( please look my letter I did on regards ) Please look for reference CFPB Case # XXXX I spoke with at least 2 representatives from the Customer Relations Department back in 2016 .They promised me to assist me to resolve it and it wont be any late payment fee, instead I been receiving collection letters, Today after i seen Inspections fee ( never took place ) and a late fee on the monthly statement I contacted XXXX at his number XXXX, he said in order to remove those late fees I have to pay the month of XXXX XXXX. *I told him I will formally dispute this Ilegal Charge and all the late fees on regards I been paying from XXXX 2106 up to date, You company never contacted me to resolve it. *Further I requested him formally to provide me a original Copy of power of Attorney from XXXX XXXX to NationStar giving the right to service this deed of trust, He said he will provide me a copy of the deed of Trust, and he said is not any regulation to force them to provide me one.I advised him it wont be acceptable to me I have the deed of trust by the way anyone can have a deed of trust and trying to collect from them. Now in hand I have a Document an email dated XXXX XXXX 2016 from the same investor XXXX XXXX to me saying : ” XXXX is the servicer ”. It looks contradictory what NationStar pretending in take a title/capacity perhaps does n’t belong to them. I will like the CFPB regulator look into this matter because i believe something is not right. lets remember this Servicing company has fined per this federal agency : https : //www.consumerfinance.gov/about-us/newsroom/cfpb-takes-action-against-nationstar-mortgage-flawed-mortgage-loan-reporting/
