Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2017, I received multiple phone calls from Oakridge Direct Solutions ( ” Oakridge ” ) on my cell phone at XXXX attempting to collect a debt for a third person. I asked them to remove my cell phone ( verbally, via email, and via written correspondence ). Oakridge violated the FDCPA multiple times ( e.g. attempting to collect a debt with a bystander, feigning the debt arose from criminal activity, failing to give a FDCPA warning, using hidden phone numbers to collect said debt, denying they are attempting to collect a debt, and lying about legal papers and processes ). See Recording ( attached ) XXXX ( Screenshot_XXXX ) and XXXX ( Screenshot_XXXX ). Ergo, I filed a complaint with your office. See Complaint XXXX.
On XXXX XXXX, 2017, Oakridge again called my cell phone at XXXX still attempting to collect a debt on this third person. See XXXX ( Screenshot_XXXX ). Oakridge left a message to call XXXX. I called and received a message this number is not valid, or no longer in service. However, when I had others call – then they receive a message they reached Oakridge. Plainly, this is telephone harassment as Oakridge continues to call and leave messages with me knowing they have enacted measures to stop me from contacting them.Company: Oakridge Direct Solutions Inc.
