Consumer Complaint: I have been in contact with ( Central credit services ) due to a debt that I do not owe. I have contacted them from XX/17-present for resolution. I have hung up on. Refused managers. Refused validation of debt etc.

This is my second complaint w/CFPB on This same matter. I had never knew nothing about this debt. I have never got a phone call. I had never received anything notifications by mail either. I was not aware of this bill until it showed as a collection debt on my credit report. As of date of service I myself, had insurance. Because of the no identification at hospital. No correct address and the incorrect contact info. I would like this derogatory debt removed from my credit report immediately please. I was refused assistance with resolution just because they could and it did n’t hurt them as a company. It only hurts the consumer. Myself. It took the complaint with cfpb to even get an itemized statement. With that itemized statement. Central credit services agreed to remove debt from my credit report as of XX/XX/XXXX. This action has still not been done. i have called into central credit services on several occasions. I spoke with supervisor ” XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2017 and she advised me that the ” trade line deletion was approved and was deleted XXXX XXXX, 17. She refused to send me a letter with that information. I also spoke with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/17 and he advised me that someone from compliance would be calling me back to follow up on the trade line deletion and the paperwork for verification. I still have not heard any response. I still show the {$790.00} Bill from Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX Original creditor XXXX XXXX is still showing from the collection company central credit services.
