Consumer Complaint: On XXXX – I sent a letter to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX requesting back up from debt Did not receive any information back Company stated they do not have enough information from me to verify debt.
on XXXX – I made a 2nd complaint to CFPB that if the company can not verify the debt to remove from my credit report immediately Company stated once again they do not have info to verify the debt.
this was still not removed I contacted the credit bureaus to remove the information since the company XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX can not provide back up/I have no idea what these are.
The credit bureaus informed me they can not remove unless they receive a letter from the company … … … This is absolutely ridiculous if they debt can not be verified and detailed back up can not be provided then removed.
The company has enough information to report to the credit bureaus each month but can not provide back up???
