Consumer Complaint: I have made several attempts with this company to receive the proper debt validation on this debt they allege I owe them. There have been multiple certified letters and to date the information requested has not been provided. The collection agency has reported this debt verified to the credit bureaus so I am well within my rights under FCRA to request the legal supporting documentation to validate this debt. As you can see, United Revenue will only respond that this is an emergency debt and my claims are frivolous. Requesting documentation that validate this debt that are reporting on my credit profile is not frivolous. If they have proof of what is owed and can validate this debt then they should not have no issue supplying what is requested. This explains why there are multiple unanswered complaints from them to the Better Business Bureau-their operation is not being conducted legally!
