Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, XXXX the vehicle was returned to JD Byrider ( CNAC ) due to losing my employment and not able to keep up with the payments. The company then sold the vehicle and stated they will send me information on what was left and due. I emailed XXXX XXXX on several occasions from XX/XX/XXXX – XX/XX/XXXX requesting documentation with no response. I sent a letter back in XX/XX/XXXX requesting, contract, bill of sale, and additional information and it was ignored. I sent another letter in XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX requesting the same information and it was ignored. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with a XXXX at CNAC who basically told me that there ‘s nothing they could do. I would have to pay {$9000.00} in which that was the original amount of the loan. And I should learn how to pay my bills. I requested documentation and was told that they did not have to respond or give me anything as I am NOT a customer of there establishment. If they will not provide the original contract, bill of sale for when they sold the vehicle then why I am being held liable. They are reporting this a charge off to my credit DAILY but wo n’t do anything to resolve the issue.
