Consumer Complaint: Reference back Case : XXXX and XXXX. On XXXX XXXX ,2017 I call customer service stating, I have not receive my XX/XX/XXXX Statement, Which the cycle ended on XX/XX/XXXX. I also complain about my payment due and why it still high calling the automative system. So the customer service person said she will sent another statement out, Now it Saturday XX/XX/XXXX no statement but my neighbor receive her statement on XX/XX/XXXX she have account with Synchrony Bank and live next door. So I really want to know was a statment sent out. My address is still the same from case XXXX. I really do no know why this company is given me a hard time, I just want everything fix and corrected and back to normal.
