Consumer Complaint: Hi … I have been receiving notices and excessive amount of phone calls regarding the debt I already paid for 4 years ago. I did a XXXX procedure with no insurance and as been a cash customer I have given a discount of {$1000.00}, I have a invoice showing the discount and have sent them to the respective companies requesting for that same payment. My account was paid in full in 2014. I really do not understand why this amount has gone to the collections department when I have sent various letters and the invoice to show them that it was a DISCOUNT given by the branch I was been seen at.

Despite providing everything I still receive phone calls daily and notices regarding the amount. Please help me to solve this ASAP.
