Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2016 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sued me in XXXX XXXX for the State of Arizona in & for the County of XXXX — XXXX XXXX for {$11000.00} which was the amount credited to my husband ‘s XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card as result of a move of some of our possessions from XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX AZ in which some possessions were stolen or lost, and others were damaged which XXXX refused to reimburse my husband for despite insurance coverage from XXXX. Attached is a copy of the XXXX statement showing my husband, XXXX XXXX XXXX, received the credit after providing XXXX with evidence of the items stolen/lost and damaged. My husband was the XXXX to XXXX. Attached is correspondence with XXXX XXXX XXXX and a listing of theft/loss and damage to various possessions moved. I was only a signatory on his XXXX account. Despite the fact that XXXX accepted my husband ‘s proof over XXXX ‘s XXXX has sued me and refused to turn over any correspondence between XXXX and XXXX. I need assistence because hiring an attorney would me a large portion if not all of the XXXX recovery.
