Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX debt was liquidated in chapter XXXX that I filed in XXXX. I call this company and spoke with a gentleman name XXXX. I asked him why was he continuing to try and collect on a debt that first of all over 10 years old and secondly it has been discharged in my chapter XXXX in XXXX. he said it was a mistake and he would rectify it. he did just the opposite, He went in an updated the opening of the account for XXXX XXXX. Noted this is illegal and he is practicing fraudulent reporting. I call him again on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. He claimed that he had the updated bill. I asked him to sent me a copy of the account that he said was opened in XXXX XXXX. He then asked me for an account number. Well, the credit Bureau has no account number for this bill because it was discharged in XXXX. I have the records from the bankruptcy courts where XXXX XXXX XXXX was listed numerous of times in my chapter XXXX. This company and XXXX are known for practicing illegal reporting and misconstrued information on peoples. They have been doing these type of tactic for years. XXXX is the person that does all the illegal reporting. I am faxing you a copy of the bankruptcy filing as evidence that this accounts along with other have been liquidated in my chapter XXXX filling in XXXX.
