Consumer Complaint: Today, at work, a colleague was contacted by this creditor and told it was a creditor, told them I would be arrested at work, and the colleague messaged me in a panic. I called the creditor, who could n’t even find me in their system. I was forwarded to the ext I was given, and the person — XXXX XXXX, lied to me and told me she did n’t tell my coworker that. We have call recording at work, I heard it myself. This is abusive. And humiliating.
