Consumer Complaint: My obligation to repay the money borrowed for my real property was not properly secured by a valid deed of trust because the document was notarized in XXXX XXXX and the money was borrowed in XXXX XXXX. Specialized Loan Servicing has been continuing to collect the debt based on an acceleration by XXXX XXXX XXXX which resulted in a non-judicial foreclosure. Acceleration and non judicial foreclosure are only permitted if there is a valid deed of trust recorded securing the interest of the lender in the property. I am attaching the first XXXX pages of the deed of trust and the last page which is the acknowledgement page because the entire deed of trust is too large to upload. The statute of limitations has run on this unsecured debt as the last payment was made in XXXX.
