Consumer Complaint: Spoke with Legal department and clarified that I had never received a validation of debt, have no clue the reason in XXXX 2017 they invaded my privacy and pulled my credit report without permissible purpose. My wife had made a complaint about them as well. This is fraud and a person should not be able to snoop or pry into a credit report unless given permissible purpose. Please have company state the reason and the debtor they were representing when they invaded into my account and the reason they never sent a validation debt letter.
