The agent went on to say she could be contacting my Human Resources department, but the client was will to resolve the matter if I called in today.
This prompted me to call into their office while recovering from a XXXX that I had not even a week prior. Only to encounter the rudest person I ‘ve ever spoken to. I told their representative that I had n’t gotten any correspondence from their company and asked for an address. The representative refused to give me the address and threatened me with garnishment if I did n’t comply and hung up on me when I refused. I called back and talked to XXXX who said she was a manager and she was unprofessional to say the least. She also refused to give me an address and threatened me with garnishment and hung up on me.
I called back and asked for an address to send a letter requesting this company not call me any more the representatives refused to give it to me and repeatedly hung up on me. I eventually had them email me a settlement offer. Which I replied to asking them not to call me. The letter was sent once I provided them banking information.
I did n’t feel good about the whole thing so I put a stopped payment on the check. This company then calls both my cell and my friends and and left a message saying that a check bounced in their office and I needdd to contact them. Both messages were left on XXXX XXXX, XXXX.
