Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX purchased an account from CashNet USA in XXXX 2017. They are stating that I owe XXXX in outstanding principal and extremely high interest charges.
CashNet USA was not licensed to conduct business in the State of Virginia and therefore the debt is invalid.
( And actually over the years I had the line of credit with CashNet USA I more than paid back the principal and the maximum interest allowed in the State of Virginia, had they been licensed ).
