Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX ; a Written Contract was signed by my spouse to begin a Kitchen Remodel with XXXX XXXX XXXX.. Contract total was changed 3 times because of incorrect prices/figures/measurements, and damaged material..Most recent Contract signature was XX/XX/XXXX of the corrected copy was delivered by their Project MGR.
The 1st contract gave us a total of {$52000.00} of which {$26000.00} was financed by a XXXX XXXX XXXX ACCOUNT ie. ( Credit Card ). We have been paying $ XXXX MONTHLY without interest for 1 year … We had the final Walk thru on XX/XX/XXXX whereby the Project Mgr. and Scheduler performed … We were totally dissatisfied once again because the Contract total was completely different from the Contracts we had in our file.. We mentioned that until the total and incomplete work was completed we would not be paying any other monies except the Credit card monthly payment ; which has a pay off balance of {$12000.00} plus {$2400.00} interest =TOTAL {$14000.00}. We have never had a past due payment! Project Mgr. and Scheduler stated they would get back in a few days and or email the corrected Contract as well as a Resolution for the UNSATISFACTORY KITCHEN REMODEL … REGIONAL AND CORPORATE OFFICES WERE NOTIFIED VIA TELEPHONE … ..To date ; we have had no Communication/correspondence from them at all!

However ; ON XX/XX/XXXX, we received a letter/memo from an Attorney ‘s office in XXXX, Wa. recommending an Additional amount BE paid in full of {$36000.00} WITHIN THE NEXT 30-45 DAYS.
Additionally {$3600.00} OF charged work was NEVER completed for our two bathrooms BECAUSE THEY KEPT CHANGING PRICES AND WE DECIDED TO CANCEL THE BATHROOM REMODEL!
