When I answered the phone, a debt collector from a company called dynamic recovery solutions was on the line. They said their phone number was actually XXXX or XXXX. The person was named XXXX XXXX. She said her companys headquarters is in XXXX, South Carolina.
This company engaged in Call Spoofing which is ILLEGAL by federal law. Please review the attached picture for reference to federal law.
