Consumer Complaint: Please assist, this has really been a problem that has been out of hand and I have also went through you in XX/XX/XXXX complaint # XXXX to get some resolve from this account and have been very unsuccessful. Where do I turn when I have tried all that I can and no resolve. My rights have been violated extremely with no updates, dispute responses account from XXXX just constantly keeps being re-aged and resold to several debt collectors and no updates have been placed on my account from XXXX or credit bureaus advising of my disputes or resolutions. No documentation what so ever has been furnished with signed contracts or dates from me to XXXX. Now, the debt that isnt mine has been sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and this game should not be allowed from them. I am contacting the BBB and citing several FCRA violations on my behalf. 30 days have passed 30 times and the previous inquiry I sent through you all is still showing OPEN, how can this be so? How can these harmful impacts on omy credit not matter to anyone. Why is n’t anyone forcing them to furnish information and or remove for good and never place back on my report ever again.
I am hoping you can assist me in making this final goodwill gesture to allow correction of erroneous reporting, and I am maintaining a careful record of my communications with them for the purpose of filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, should their non-compliance continue. I further remind them that, as in XXXX v. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. XXXX ( C.D.Cal. XX/XX/XXXX ), you may be liable for your willful non-compliance.
Failure to respond satisfactorily within 30 days of receipt of this certified letter may result in a small claims action against your company, seeking {$1000.00} per violation for : 1. ) Defamation 2. ) Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud 3. ) Violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act In LAST HOPES, please have this handled!
