RE : RECEIVABLES PERFORM MGT/XXXX Agency name RECEIVABLES PERFORM MGT/XXXX Agency number XXXX Original creditor XXXX Good Afternoon, I am in the process of purchasing my first home, and my closing was canceled due to this collection showing on my credit report. I don’t have a clue who this company is and they claim to represent XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I currently don’t have, nor have I have incurred any debt with this company. The representative was extremely rude and hostile. They advised me to ay my bill and that even if wrong info on file, I must pay for them to remove. I reiterate i don’t have an account with the referenced creditors ( They seemed lost and no accurate information was verified other than my name and not my middle name ).

Please help me remove this erroneous information, which is a violation of my rights and the fair credit reporting act.
