ATG Credit, LLC – CFPB Complaint

Consumer Complaint: I recently received a response from ATG-only thru CFPB complaint-the company has never mailed a letter or anything but put an {$18000.00} debt on my credit. To this date they still have never mailed a letter either. They claim they sent a CARD with something on it showing my debt and classes a CARD-but not a letter NEVER HAPPENED.

After receiving a response from CFPB- ATG advised that I withdrew from XXXX and that XXXX returned all loans back to Student loan. I never ever withdrew from school- In fact I was able to access my information today thru XXXX and noticed that they still have letters approving me for financial aid effective thru the end of XXXX.

1. If I withdrew from classes-what date did I withdraw?

I have class schedules, grades from teachers, and financial aid that was paid to XXXX-those will be attached from XXXX. Even award notices thru XXXX-screen shots.

2/ XXXX stated that I could not receive student loans because of XXXX XXXX-but I am attaching document approval screen shots from financial aid department-and funds accepted.

IF I DECIDED not to go back to school-then according to Federal Student loans-balance would start being paid back 6 months after out of school. I continued school-I never decided to quit or withdraw. I would owe Federal loans money not a private collection agency. Why would you return my loans after a year of taken classes-Why would you accept loans for a year or two if I withdrew and never attended.

Please provided answers. and remove from credit.
