Consumer Complaint: I lived in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for 3 years and always paid my rent on time. I had a walk thru my apartment before leaving, after I cleaned it and was told that I will not need to pay any cleaning fees. I told them to write that on paper and was told that there was no need. 6 months later there is a {$510.00} collection fee on my credit report by NCC BUS SV. I contacted XXXX XXXX and asked them to speak with the manager who did the walk thru and they said I can not and that I should pay the collection company. The charged me astronomical fees for cleaning. They said it was too late for me to do anything. I had moved to another state, XXXX and gave XXXX XXXX my address. They were sending me the bills to my apartment despite knowing I moved. They sent the bill of {$510.00} to the apartment address even though I moved. I called the collection agency and they only had my apartment address. The representative from the collection agency told me he agrees that I was done wrong and that I will need to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. Now NCC BUS SV collection is showing on my credit report {$510.00}. Upon reviewing google reviews I am not the first person this was done too by XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX.
