Consumer Complaint: We have XXXX in our home. When they installed it, it did not work right. We kept having connectivity issues. We contacted them several times. They checked things on their end, but took their time correcting it. During that time, we told them we want the service, but it has to work right. They understood, and eventually got someone out to our home to confirm that they aligned the dish ” wrong ” and that was the cause of all of our months of issues. Now, we are applying for a new home loan, and this comes up! We did not know it went to collections as well. This is totally WRONG. XXXX admitted their installation error ( ” … it was a Level 1 Technician … ” ), and waived the equipment charge. They also admitted that they shouldn’t have billed us for this in light of the issues at hand.
NOW I have learned that IC System Inc XXXX Collection XX/XX/2016 {$220.00} is related to the XXXX error. Our bills are paid up. This collection reference is bogus, and should be immediately removed. XXXX will confirm we are paid as agreed.
