Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX Wells Fargo Bank took {$15000.00} from my wife and my business checking account – my wife and I were using that money to survive – to pay food bills, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX bills, and basic needs. We have a small business and like millions of Americans suffered financially in the Great Recession. I was hospitalized several times due to XXXX and severe business financial loss.
the woman from wells fargo who called me was very mean spirited, abusive, threateing XXXX XXXX or XXXX is her name.
prior to seizing the {$15000.00} from our account., Wells Fargo XXXX stole ” money from XXXX XXXX XXXX personal life savings which the terrible vultures have since returned.
I felt like XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX against the evil unremitting police detective It was evil to take money from people in mid seventies I would have worked out a repayment deal with these unforgiving merciless XXXX XXXX – white collar criminals I would be willing to work out a repayment if they return the {$15.00} we were advised to file BK, and did not for we want to repay people who trusted us to loan us money ( Wells Fargo included ) They did return the money they took from my wife ‘s account ( taken before XX/XX/XXXX and the amount was about {$17000.00} – the rats returned it. Possibly because they took the money from my wife ‘s personal wells fargo savings account and probably did so illegally – Wells Fargo has put {$250.00} XXXX dollars in a fund to pay back people they defrauded in the credit card scam they ran.
Wells Fargo further deceived us by telling us we had to open a loan ( line of credit ) in order to get our house financed buy Wells Fargo.
I am so hurt and angry at what Wells Fargo did to my XXXX year old wife and myself I pray justice is done XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
