Consumer Complaint: I called XXXX off and on for several years since ( XXXX ), and would never get anywhere but rude response from XXXX XXXX. I continued and tried to dispute the inaccuracy debt they had on my account reporting since XX/XX/XXXX under two names there using. One name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and the other XXXX. My question is why are they reporting under two different business, and reporting on my credit stating I owe XXXX dollars. They are reporting inaccurate information, and when I called on XX/XX/XXXX to tell her that there reporting inaccurate information, got smart and nasty with me and said I do owe, and who are the other people on the joint account and where are they. I explained to her I do not owe, and why are you asking me about other people on account that I have no clue on why it’s on mine. She began to argue with me, over talk me, and then hanged up on me. I called back to speak with XXXX XXXX again, still arguing with me, telling me to pay the whole amount, and I told her no, and she hung up on me again. I called back on XX/XX/XXXX to speak with someone else because I couldn’t take speaking with someone that rude, and they told me I couldn’t because she’s the one handling the account. So I didn’t speak with her that day, and I called back on XX/XX/XXXX and tried to speak real nice and polite to let her know again that the account is showing up on my credit with inaccurate information. XXXX XXXX said I remember you calling before and this is your account and you must pay, yelling into the phone. I told her that she was rude, and she shouldn’t speak to people in such tone for no reason. She then hung up on me again, I called back to speak to her manager on … got his voice mail. His name is XXXX XXXX. He called back on XX/XX/XXXX left a message because I missed his call. The very next day I called him back on XX/XX/XXXX and haven’t heard from him since. Its ridiculous how they handle people at that company. it seems as though XXXX XXXX is the only person working every account and you can’t talk to anyone else to get anything resolved. She’s very rude, mean, disrespectful and out of control for no reason.
