Consumer Complaint: I had a debt with a medical office XXXX XXXX XXXX. It was picked up by ” XXXX XXXX ” company. They have never contacted me to discuss about this debt. Now they have put a 2nd mark on my credit saying my old debt is a new debt. So now there is two derogatory marks for the same debt. I don’t see that fair and especially since I have had no contact with anyone from this agency.
