Consumer Complaint: The case subject : I was charged with a Student Loan without a valid Legal Document as a proof.The charge was made through a series of very intimidating home phone calls.The year : around XX/XX/XXXX. After my Graduation from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX ( the year XX/XX/XXXX ) I paid two left Student Loans with monthly payments up to XXXX .After this date I was free of debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX or other Financial Institution. During all the school years my fees and tuition were paid through Grants and Awards Letters received every Semester.As I mentioned above the sudden and unexpected phone calls started around the year XX/XX/XXXX from people from American Student Assistance implying I have a Loan to pay, a Loan I knew nothing about it. What fallowed was a series of disputed and very frustrating phone calls and incriminated letters which went on for years. As a result in the year XX/XX/XXXX my family Federal Income Tax Return started to be collected by XXXX XXXX, a Collection Agency and they keep collecting our Tax Return every year up to present time. Some time ago I was sending a written Complaint to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau explaining my case with more details. The Complaint number is:XXXX and the date submitted to CFPB : XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Product : XXXX XXXX.
