Consumer Complaint: I had an XXXX XXXX XXXX cell phone. I had their service for 8 years. With no notice or warning one day I could not call out. My calls were dropping, I could not hear incoming calls. This went on for over a year. I made numerous phone calls to them. I have to have a wireless carrier I travel for work and I have clients that I see that live is this area as well. I asked XXXX XXXX XXXX to let me out of my contract. I could no longer continue my service it was not working correctly. I had no choice but to turn my phone in and switch. XXXX paid XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX charged me for my phone that I turned in and was paid for. I have disputed this debt. I have tried to speak to them. I finally got the collection removed from my credit report. Only to have it added 2 months later. I was never notified in advance of the account being added. they are in violation of the reinsertion law. This is effecting my ability to obtain a mortgage. I do not owe this money.
