Consumer Complaint: i noticed this account on my credit report and immediately sent a debt validation letter on three separate occasions and this company has yet to respond to my request. i am so overwhelmed because they are destroying my life. i don’t know why they are ignoring me, i am trying my best to resolve this issue. I do believe that this may possibly be an account that some how ended up on my credit by accident. i believe i have some rights to confirm that info. which is why i have been doing my part and giving them an opportunity to show proof. but i again am still being ignored, this is unfair to me and my family. i have very important things to take care of this year and i am very responsible but they are reporting irresponsible info that is damaging to me.
