Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/[email protected] XXXX at my job XXXX ( couldn’t understand his last name ) from ERS called stating he was calling about a returned item from my Bank ( I work at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) that requires my immediate attention. Please return my call at XXXX. I returned the call 2 days later when I was back in the office and he said oh this wasn’t for you.
XX/XX/[email protected] XXXX at my job Robo call from ERS about a notice that was sent to my address or listed as my home residence today we haven’t received notification from you about this important matter.
XX/XX/XXXX/ @ XXXX at my job Robo call with the same message above XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX XXXX I called them back, from my job, asking what this was about. He said was I XXXX, I said yes, he said is your address, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PA, I said yes, he said we are calling about a notification that we mailed to your home address onXX/XX/XXXX. I said I don’t know what you are talking about as I didn’t receive any notification and it is alreadyXX/XX/XXXX, so I don’t know what you are talking about. Gave me vague information about whatever debt they are referring to and stated that they would be taking this to court and I would have legal fees to deal with along with ruining my credit. We can do monthly payments or we can take a payment amount lower than the outstanding debt of {$2000.00}. Told them they were calling my job and he said sorry about that. I said I would call him back when I’m not at work that this was my job. He said well you didn’t tell me what you are doing about this, are you making a payment ( Yelling at me ) so I hung up.
XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX at my job Robo rom ERS with the same message XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX at my job XXXX from ERS saying , I’m calling back again from the Pre-Legal Dept from ERS please call me back at XXXX XX/XX/[email protected] XXXX XXXX on my cell number saying this is XXXX calling back with the Pre-Legal Dept of ERS I had spoken to you on the XXXX and I still have not had a response from you and the client is requesting a decision be made on your behalf by close of business tomorrow so I would like to speak with you before verification is faxed. These are all the ones that I have documented. They constantly change the number they are calling from. Some of the numbers look like local numbers so I’ll answer and others look like out of area, so then I don’t answer. I haven’t acknowledged anything and I’m really tired of being harassed at my job over and over again. I have a job to do and it isn’t being harassed by ERS.

Thank you very much!
XXXX.
