Consumer Consent Provided to Share Complaint: Consent provided

Consumer Complaint: Firstly, I have tried multiple times to try to email and mail the company to obtain a copy of the original loan ; however, the company has never provided me with one. Additionally, I currently am XXXX XXXX service member and I have not been in Arizona for the past 4 years to be able to sign up for a car loan or obtain a car. I was previously married to my ex-husband ; however, we are divorced now. I know this car loan was opened without my consent or permission from my ex-husband and the car dealership. I have also tried making contact with the dealership to obtain a copy of the loan they, unfortunately, do not retain records of that. I have been dealing with this for about 2 years now. So when I finalized my divorce on XX/XX/2017, I included the Auto Loan into the debts that my ex-husband would pay to further protect myself. The judge sided with me. He, unfortunately, will not provide me with any documentation and will not respond to my emails and has blocked me all on social media sites. He voluntarily returned the vehicle and will not make any payments towards it. Now it has been written off on my credit report around {$16000.00}. I really need someone to help. I have legal representation to file a complaint and documentation from the court of XXXX XXXX in Arizona.
