Consumer Complaint: This bill is not being paid because the provider posted unauthorized charges. I called numerous times to reconcile but the office manager refuses to discuss adjusting appropriately even though I have marketing documentation showing promotion rates at the time of service. Bad provider fraudulently charging fees never authorized. I always pay my bills as can be seen by my payment history for much larger amounts but I will not pay this fraudulent bill and be held hostage to a dentist office manager who chooses to make up rules and fees as she desires. No one should be held to pay whatever the provider charges without recourse because they post a charge to collections without having to justify their actions. I suggest all stay away from this provider and find another dentist who is about patient care and not robbing people holding them hostage by sending them to collections because they increase fees without approval from the customer.
This is NOT about {$250.00}, but the point of this dentist fraudulently charging fees and being very rude when trying to gracefully reconcile the correct amount for prompt payment. I will not pay this erroneous charge. For all those seeking my business, please feel comfortable by seeing my overall payment history that I pay my bills on time for much larger amounts. It is simply the point of it. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
