Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I cancelled my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX membership for medical reasons. For unknown reasons XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX kept my name in the system and did not cancel the membership as per my request. I spoke with XXXX directly when I went in to cancel the membership. XXXX was the manager in charge on that day. XXXX is committing Fraud by keep my name and my membership active when I specifically went in and spoke to the manager XXXX to have it cancelled. I was in total disbelief when I received a collection letter from an account that was kept fraudulent by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. If this is their practice they should be shut down. The collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX need to provide a validity of this debt, which can not upload because I directly went in to cancel.
