Consumer Complaint: On Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX I was served at home with a subpoena titled from the XXXX County Court commanding me to appear at XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and signed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. of XXXX and XXXX regarding a XXXX judgment. I am too ill to travel and had explained this to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX in writing in back in XX/XX/XXXX after he had me served with a subpoena on XX/XX/XXXX. I sent a motion to the XXXX County Courthouse on XX/XX/XXXX to quash. The XXXX County judge called me at home and in a three way conference call with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX granted my motion to quash and stated that I did not have to appear regarding this matter. XXXX XXXX agreed.

I called both the XXXX County Courthouse and the XXXX County Clerk on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX. Neither of them had any record of this XXXX subpoena and stated that the XXXX subpoena had been withdrawn on XX/XX/XXXX. I faxed the XXXX County Courthouse a letter and the XX/XX/XXXX subpoena on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX for their records.

Because of being served the XXXX subpoena on Thursday after the XXXX subpoena had been quashed by the XXXX County Judge and withdrawn and previous asking multiple times for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX to cease and desist all contact with me, I filed complaints with your Attorney Grievance Committee, the New York State Attorney General ‘s Office and now with CFPB.
