Consumer Complaint: Merchant contacted many times. See prev complaint XXXX where merchant failed to acknowledge previous contact attempts. Merchant advised does not have a contract of service where service was to be performed. Merchant is attempting to collect a debt for services not contracted/requested. XX/XX/XXXX ; XX/XX/XXXX ; XXXX- No calls or voicemails received from merchant. No letters, service contracts, signed bill of sale or supporting docs received from merchant. I have attempted many times to get this information yet the merchant does not answer the phone. Only contact was in XXXX by phone in which no docs supplied to me either. XXXX disputes contained a request for supporting docs but merch is denying this. The lack of communication by the merchant has prevented me researching this debt as well as having the proper information to support the charge. I feel merchant is using deceptive and abusive tactics due to lack of letters, supporting info, req for docs unfulfilled, false statements, and failing to answer phone after multiple reasonable and prudent attempts. I believe this merchant has committed a UDAAP violation and is attempting to collect a debt for a service that was not contracted/requested by me.
