Consumer Complaint: I am being repeatedly called in an autodialer system and harassed for a 8 yo fraudulent XXXX loan.
The XXXX lender was not legally permitted to operate financial lending services in my state of residence, therefore negating the loan. Additionally, the statute of limitations has passed on this debt in my state. The collection agency involved is practicing illegal collection tactics.
They call me almost five times a day and do not identify their company or for what matter they are calling about.
In my most recent call, I was told I was fraudulent in some manner. I told her she was contacting me unlawfully and hung up the phone.
