Consumer Complaint: XXXX, I had my service disconnected because I got very sick and couldn’t afford the extra expense. 7 months later, I have been getting daily, and nightly phone calls from a debt collector who is saying I owe XXXX to XXXX. the amount has increase from XXXX to XXXX. I contacted XXXX to say i do not believe I owed them that much, because for the entire duration of my sat service, I had to call each month billing cycle and dispute charges. I have asked several times for them to show me the proof that I owe them that much. They have said they would send me something in the mail, i never received it. now their collection company harasses me, they are rude and call all day and night.
