Consumer Complaint: I have a XXXX account that fell into collections for the amount of {$2100.00} due to a family tragedy. The original collection agency is Allied Collection Services located in XXXX XXXX. Allied Collection Services transferred or sold this debt to XXXX XXXX.

I am currently working with XXXX XXXX to settle the debt. However, Allied is still reporting the transferred/sold debt to all three credit bureaus as if I still owe them the money. XXXX is also reporting the debt to all three credit bureaus. Therefore, I have ONE debt listed TWICE on my credit.

I sent Allied a request to verify the amount owed. They did not respond. I sent XXXX XXXX a request to verify the amount owed. They responded and I am currently working with them to settle the debt. At this time I am requesting that Allied Collection Service delete the collection account listed under my social security number from all three credit bureaus, so I may continue working on an amicable solution with XXXX XXXX
