I was contacted by XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX initially verified my birthday. But I told him I can’t verify his contact and calling. He told me the amount to be paid for credit card is {$330.00} for past due by today and {$1300.00} for entirely clear the payment to activate the account. Otherwise, the card will be closed and won’t be available anymore. The card can’t be used for a while already. It has already been stopped. He said I can’t login to the website but I can provide him with my debit card number by phone to pay him. I am suspicious about giving him my debit card number that he should have known that already. At first, XXXX told me the online banking account will be closed without any entrance to the bank account. Later, he said I can either pay by phone with debit card or still login to use the debit account. I don’t know how the payment can be made in the future if the debit account or online banking login is blocked or closed. It’s not very consistent. His phone number is unknown from the calling list. This is my first experience on this and don’t know how to verify his identity by looking at the phone number. I did have two late payment and the card is not available for a while.
