Consumer Complaint: XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, Dynamic Recovery Solutions has been unlawfully harassing me every day Monday through Friday since XX/XX/2018 through today, XX/XX/2018 about a debt that does not belong to me outside of legally allowable phone call hours and they have continued to call despite my having repeatedly advised them that they have the wrong number – they refuse to state the name of the person they are calling for and keep demanding that I provide my social security number which I refuse to do since they have no legal authorization to contact me and keep ringing my phone outside of legal hours if they actually had a valid claim which they do not.
This firm has a documented online history of unlawfully harassing and physically threatening persons who do not owe monies to them or anyone else.
