I have just been notified that I owe a collections of {$180.00} and it also states that the account was opened on XX/XX/2018. I have never used XXXX XXXX because I don’t have cable. I only pay for internet through XXXX XXXX XXXX. I do not have signed a contract or gave permission for anyone to get anything in my name. Could you remove this account from my credit report? This has just dropped my credit score 10 points.
