Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX, the vehicle was repossessed. XXXX, I noticed wages being garnished from my check. I, then filed a Head of Household exemption form. In XX/XX/XXXX I received notice to appear before a judge. I appeared in court the Judge granted wages to stop being garnished and return all monies that was taken. And that was final. Also, the are in breach of contract by violating the Arbitation clause. As previously requested they removed account from all credit bureau ‘s immediately.
