Consumer Complaint: I logged on to my XXXX XXXX account today and saw a new account in collections. It was a different collection agency but the same account that had already been removed previously because I didn’t take it out. The new company is called XXXX XXXX XXXX who are collecting for XXXX XXXX. They say I opened the account in XX/XX/2017. Which I know for a fact wasn’t true because I wouldn’t open a new credit card account ( and wouldn’t be able to ) when I had lost my job and was being evicted. I call and they tell me that I bought new tires for my truck, which I didn’t. The only truck I have hasn’t run properly in five years, I am not putting thousand dollar tires on a truck I can’t use. It has already been removed as fraud, now they are just harassing me and putting it on each report over again, weeks before I buy my house as well!
