Consumer Complaint: I had a joint credit card account with my ex partner from 2002 with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX listed as XXXX. I have not seen or heard from them in over 16 years. I am not to be held responsible for his spending since I left in 2002. The bank won’t take my name off without his approval. Again, I haven’t had any contact in over 12 years and I want this off my credit report.
