The last payment was made XX/XX/2009. I have taken care of this matter and closed my account from XXXX XXXX XXXX. However I am now receiving these statements from XXXX stating that they are seeking payment for over {$9000.00}.

With the Florida Collection Limitations and FCRA, XXXX is no longer legally allowed to contact me about this matter, let alone collect a debt that has been paid.
