Consumer Complaint: Hello, We have been contacted multiple times by XXXX XXXX XXXX about a debt owed on a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with a VIN of XXXX Their info is : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, IN XXXX XXXX The problem is that we’ve

never owned this car. We’ve never seen this car. And they told us the last 4 of the Social Security Number of the loan and it is not mine or my wife ‘s. We told them this and they still continue to harass us. They have come our house to leave notices, emailed my wife, sent multiple letters, and threatened us over the phone with legal action. I sent them a letter asking for proof that I took out the loan ( of which there is none ), or to leave us alone. They replied demanding money for a loan we never took out. They claim {$11000.00} is owed … not sure who owes it, but it’s not us.
